Returns are accepted only in the event that the product is damaged during delivery. If this unfortunate incident occurs, we ask you to promptly contact us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product, including a description and photos of the damage for verification.

In such cases, we are happy to offer you two options: either a full refund of your purchase price or we can send you a new product at no additional cost. Please understand that returns for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping will not be accepted.
