SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship domestically in the United States. However, in the future we might be able to expand internationally to accommodate international customers. We appreciate your patience as we figure out how to ship products safely and efficiently internationally.

For U.S. orders please allow 2-5 business days for delivery after the product as been shipped out. Holidays may prolong delivery as we're sure USPS and mail carriers are working hard to get your items to you.

Before checking out, be sure to double check that your address is correct. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address we will charge an additional fee to update your current address and send it there.
DAMAGED GOODS/REFUND POLICY
If your package arrives damaged or is lost please let us know asap by contacting modernmeliora@gmail.com with photos to file a claim for a refund.

Here's what you'll have to do:

For scanned as delivered but lost mail email modernmeliora@gmail.com with your order number.

For Damaged products:

Take photos of the outside top and bottom of damaged package with the label CLEARLY showing​

Take photos of inside of box with packaging materials
-
Take photos of damaged item with CLOSE UP of damaged item

Send ALL pictures to modernmeliora@gmail.com

We unfortunately do not offer any refunds once an item has been purchased and delivered unless the item is damaged.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We currently do not accept any cancellations, returns, or exchanges during this time. Please be sure to carefully read the product descriptions before ordering.
